I like to use Walla since it has english with the hebrew. Unfortunately, the time is shifted such that each program is one behind. So if Jay Leno was one at 1500 to 1600, it would show it as 1400 to 1500. It is the same for all channels. I installed Megaepg on another computer using only xml and found the same problem exists.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

What application do you use it for? (MCE, Sage, MediaPortal,etc.)?
Are you sure your timezone is Israel standard time (DST is off)?
Windows Vista Home Edition
I use Vista Home and have the date/time settings set to Jerusalem with DST off.
I should also add that this is not an hour issue. If one show is at 1645 and another is at 1720, it will show the 1720 show at the 1645 timeslot. All shows are shifted this way.
