eror 14 and more

I have tried to run megaepg on my VMC (i am connected to hot).
Runned the wizard to it's end - but the VMC gave me eror 14 - I don't know its meaning.
Anyhow the explanations ask to run the program prior to running the VMC - I just don't know how to run it (except for the wizard)

Run megaepg.exe in

Run megaepg.exe in c:\Program Files\MegaEPG after you configured it with the wizard

and THEN run the VMC Guide setup. megaepg.exe produces the guide that will be used

by VMC setup.
