well first of all this is really great concept, atrough i wasnt been able to experience it bymyself :P
i have mce 2005 sp2 without the 2nd rollup (or howerer they call it) the card is happaouge prv 150 - mce kit
the tv provider is "yes"
the mce is able to recognize the Megaepg script but as it starts downloading the guide information i get an error :
"Download incomplete
Guide listing could not be retrived. Guide server error.
Details : guide service : unexpected error. Code: 52"
any ideas to solve this ?

XP SP2 with all updates
MCE 2005 with all updates/rollups
And I get the same error. I've tried all the scripts and all the languages in MegaEPG. Nothing helped.
I'd appreciate any help.
Does megaepg run
Does megaepg run successfully before you set the EPG im Media Center up?
Does the .bin file exist after you run megaepg?
Does the log file (in the logs directory) indicate any errors or warnings about the registry incorrect key?

I never knew you should run "megaepg.exe". After I ran it and it downloaded whatever channels I picked it worked perfectly! I love it!

I just have one question. How does the guide get updated? Does MCE run it automatically or is there a need to run it manually? How does it work?

The thing that made me feel
The thing that made me feel dumber is reading the readme more carefully :P it says that you need the run "megaepg.exe" and wait for it to complete successfully... Before you configure Media Center.
And yes, you can add it to the Schedule Tasks, and it even explains how to in the readme.
The question here is how do I change the time when Media Center itself updates from The MegaEPG?
