error 21 when using guide.bin generated on remote machine

Hi,

i've installed Megaepg on two machines, an XP box which has a dvb-s card, running megaepg in mce mode to generate guide.bin, a vista machine (without a dvb-s card) running megaepg in mce mode configured to grab 1 dat of one channel out of ynet script.

the guide has been successfully updated with one day (so i guess the configuration is not totally messed-up), i manually copied the guide.bin from the xp machine to the vista machine to C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\MegaEPG\xml\guide.bin and now MCE shows an error 21 (something about authenticity of the file, the system event viewer start to crash, so i can't get the exact error) when i try to get new guide listing.

is there some signing of the binary guide on the machine it has been generated on? is there some command line args for megaepg binary which can take an xmltv as source (so i'll configure the xp box to generate xmltv format?)

thanks,

your towel

Copying of guide.bin only is

Copying of guide.bin only is not enough. There are also a few html files produced (GetEPGDataMetaInfo.html and others) in the html directory. You should always provide them together with the guide.bin because they are specific for this guide file.
