Missing shows from HOT schedule

Hi Igor,

I have many missing shows from HOT schedule. I begen writing here a long description with logs and all, but then I realized what the problem is, so I will get right to the point.

HOT does not publich schedule for the whole week. In fact, for their last day of published schedule they publish only a part of the day. MegaEPG reads this partial day information, caches it, and never tries to complete the data for that day anymore.
This way many of the shows are issing from schedule, and remain missing.
I'll try switching to ynet schedule. My guess is that my problems will be over.

Choose "Always except today"

Choose "Always except today" for the cache option. Then the MegaEPG will always reload the EPG for the current day and use the cache for the upcoming days to speed the process up. Will it solve the problem?

As far as I understand, in the best case that will lead to missing shows until one day before, and that will work only if I execute MegaEPG every day.
BTW, this reminds me that I wanted to request to enhace the cache options to set the number of days to reread. The sense is to set it according to the frequency of exectuting MegaEPG.

It's highly recommended to execute the MegaEPG every day anyway. The idea for the advanced option sounds good to me, I'll implement it.

Can you do something about the missing shows? Maybe not caching the last available day? Or maybe not caching a day which is ssupected to be incomplete?
