MCE Setup

Hi,

I downloaded and installed the MegaEPG program.
When I run the MCE setup (after entering 0000 in the zip code) I get an error:

"Download Incomplete
Guide listings could not be retrieved. Internet connection failure
Details: Unknown discovery service error. Code: 14"

(I successfully ran the script downloading the epg from the web).

I will appreciate any suggestions.

This is a common situation so I've written the MCE Error 14 article at the main page. Please try and acknowledge whether it helped.

Thank you for the quick reply.

- I checked the time and date on the computer, they are correct.
- Regarding the "ADMIN$", i'm not sure if this is a folder, file or other...
when i looked into the C:Windows folder i didn't see such a folder.
When I type CMD -> Net Share, no ADMIN$ is shown.

Am I supposed to just add a new folder under the Windows folder?
Is this ADMIN$ folder is where the MegaEPG program should be installed into?

Problem solved.

I searched the internet regarding the ADMIN$ issue.
I followed the instructions by typing C:> net share admin$, and it worked.
