All was related to trying to run megaepg from an account other than the one installed it - then you have permission issue to write the log.
Also It took me a lot of time figuring out where is the *.ini, xml files etc are stored so I can manualy edit them.
Also I had troubles with my hebrew username, your application doesn't like it :) so I removed the whole account and created a new one with english username, then I reinstalled the aplication from there.
Now it's running, and I'm into the mapping issue stated in the other thread. I'd be happy to get help regarding it.
