I get this error - Fatal Error: makecab can not execute, when runing megaepg.exe, I like to use megaepg with my VMCE, please help.
One more - do I need to change the names of the channels under VMCE to be the same as in megaepg?Is so how do I know the names used by megaepg?

Where do you have your Windows installed? The error is VERY unusual, it normally means that something got weird with your Vista OS installation.
Run the command prompt and type:

Check if
Check if c:\Windows\System32\makecab.exe esists. It should be there for every XP/Vista installation.
Regarding the 2nd Q: You don't have to define channels manually. MegaEPG will define all the channels you've chosen and will use correct channel numbers. MegaEPG doesn't do anything with other channels that were added manually.

Yep the file (makecab.exe ) is there.
I'm trying to go over the list - (troubleshooting in Windows Vista)
1)the key val is - "http://localhost:19679/epg/GetTvServicesMetaInfo"
2)the - mepgvs service is running
3)Open the Internet Explorer and type: http://localhost:19679 and ensure the page is being opened and there are no error messages on the page.
I get - cant open the page error (HTTP ERROR 404) :-0, how do I fix this ? ()

A temporary workaround is to
A temporary workaround is to change to a user name that does not contain Hebrew characters because the user name is a part of user data directories. You'll see many programs that do not like Hebrew characters in a file path... However such a change requires new user creation or renaming the user data directory and replacing all the occurrences of the directory in the registry.
