The machine is hanging when i push the epg button

Hi!
Everytime I try to push the epg guide button I got a message "elshell.exe" (prosess-ID=0x338 (824), tråd-ID=0x4bc (1212). after that I got a message that the pc are creating a "krasj rapport".
I have tried to reinstall the megaepg but the same thing is happening.
Megaepg worked for the first day perfect byt after I tried to download the next 14 days the problem started,

I have a similar problem. In my Vista media center install the program crashes when I open the guide. Will try a reinstall of MegaEPG later today even though Svanen had no luck with that.

MegaEPG is great stuff, so I hope you get this fixed :)

Yes, the source for the problem is known already, I'm fixing it now. It is caused by no.dagenstv.com that put 2 programs at the same time somtimes (look at NRK1 channel for 5-Apr, there are 2 programs that start at 7:00, for example).

Same problem with crashes after upgrade to 1.2.4

I still have the same problem after upgrading to 1.2.4.
I have tested a bit, and it seems that the guide does not like te program in channel FEM today (April 9) at 19.35. The titel for the program is "En, to, tre - oppussing! (17:30)". The same with the program at TV3 later at night(april 10 time:02.35) with the title:"Porkys 2 - Het ungdom møtes igjen". I suspekt the Norwegian letter ø in møtes, and the ! in the FEM title.

I also want to use this opportunity to thank the person/persons behind this project. This is potentially great software for us Norwegian as well, if the problem with VMC crashes can be handled. I’ll be happy to help out with the testing.

Send me please your megaepg.ini file to pvr at pvr.co.il

It'd be also very helpful if you can zip and send me additional files:
the latest log file in the log directory, the guide.bin itself in the
Xml directory and all the html files (3 files should be there) from the
Data directory.
