Vista EPG - explanation

Hi,

recently i got "no available data" in my vista script, perhaps related to the other thread with the cache problems...I have read your help file and found out that this is stated:

The script is capable to obtain a complete EPG for all the available channels. Below is an example of the minimal megaepg.ini file for use with the script (do not use the epgconfig Wizard since it does not currently support "all channels"):

[global]
tvprovider=sat
script=vista_he
tzoffset=+0300
epgformat=xmltv
language=he_IL
grabchannels=*all*

Do I need to manually do anything in epgconfig.ini that isn't done by the wizard?

To grab all the channels

To grab all the channels with the vista_he script just don't select any channel in the channels wizard page (and remove all that were selected already). The wizard will write *all* for the grabchannels parameter so you don't have to edit the ini file manually.

Question

Do you know which channels are available in this script?

I have hot analogue and I am not sure all channels are covered by vista_he. are they?

HOT doesn't provide their

HOT doesn't provide their internal channels to Microsoft (like HOT Movies, Action, etc.) so only common channels are available. You'll need to use also hot_he script to get the HOT "home" channels as well. I don't have HOT myself so I don't know which channels are available for the analog version and which are digital only.
